Designing

At our state-of-the-art factory, we specialize in high-quality sublimation printing on synthetic fibers, bringing designs to life with vibrant colors, sharp details, and lasting durability. 

Laboratory

We have established a state-of-the-art laboratory to conduct a wide range of testing activities with no dependence on any third party. Our in-house textile lab is equipped for checking all the basic and advanced physical properties of textiles such as dimensional stability, color bleeding, color fastness, and others. 

Digital Printing

Another example of our state-of-the-art technological innovation can be seen in our digital printing set up which is already producing five hundred thousand meters per month.

Cutting

  • 40,000 garment per day cutting capacity.

  • We have 10 band knife cutting machines.

Computer Embroidery

  • The company has the following machines that form an integral part of the embroidering process:
  • 52 Dori embroidery machines of international standards.
  • 100 Specialized multi-head computerized embroidery machines.

Hand Embroidery

Remarkable hand embroidery is one of the top USPs of Sahu Exports. We carry it out making use of needles, threads, beads, and sequins to craft fascinating designs on a wide range of fabrics. Our artisans are well-versed in all styles and categories of fascinating hand embroidery including open work, outline work, counted thread work, and void work. All these styles of hand embroidery give an extremely appealing and aesthetic look to each and every piece of cloth.

Sewing Lines

Our sewing production unit has more than 200 lines along with intelligent and digitalized equipment that works toward analyzing real time production and quality which improves efficiency.

Washing & Dry Cleaning

Sahu has a well-equipped facility to efficiently undertake washing and dry cleaning of the garments. We have state-of-the-art washing and dry cleaning machines to back the huge production capacity. The washing division is capable of variety of washes such as softener wash, enzyme wash and CPL process. The plant is also installed with PERC dry cleaning machine to provide stain free garments.
